Preliminary Review:
Don't know if your case warrants an investigation? Auto-Investigations recommends that you contact an attorney to discuss your specific case.
Then, at your request (or the request of your attorney), we will conduct a "Preliminary Review" of your case to help you understand the technical details required to move forward. This preliminary review will consist of up to an hour of desk review, phone discussions and document overview of your case. With beginning discovery and evidence, we will help you determine whether a full investigation is warranted. This initial case overview will help to determine if there is enough reason to continue with a full investigation. By taking this step-by-step approach, the up front cost is greatly reduced while maintaining the benefit of expert examination.
The preliminary investigation takes into account accident scene information, police reports (if any), vehicle photos and initial damage analysis. This type of information is critical in helping to determine the strength of any case. Once this phase is complete, the client (and their representative) will have a much better understanding of their circumstances and will be able to form an educated opinion as to whether or not to proceed.

We treat every investigation with individual attention and a critical eye for the specific conditions that contributed to the case at hand. In addition to a bound written report, you will receive a flash drive with a PDF copy of the full report, original electronic images, movies, and additional supporting data (comparative research, police reports, recall notices, etc.).
